This morning, August 23rd, was in the low 60's. The first
cool morning in two months. You can guess what this brought to mind.

            Not that we
haven't been working and planning for the Season all summer. But this is a
reminder of how soon it will start. September 1st. Nine more days! Are we
ready? Yes. (Almost). That's the way it goes every year.

            We have two
big items to tell you about. First, we have added Chukars to our list of game
birds for the first time. Come try them out and tell us what you think. As you
know your feed back is very important to us.

            Second,
although all our cost have gone up, we are not raising our prices. Call me
crazy, but as I have said before, we will lose a little on every hunt but we
hope to make it up on the volume.

            We hope you
will be part of that volume, and we look forward to seeing you again.
